  • Entrepreneurship has attracted me since college. The first step, decisive in my career, I took in 1993 when I joined AIESEC (International Association of Students in Economics and Commerce) within ASE Bucharest. Here I started to meet entrepreneurs, private companies and understand more about team management, but also to see how marketing campaigns work.

  • After graduating from college and a six-month military internship, I joined an entrepreneurial team, a young and well-planned advertising agency! From the beginning I felt that direct marketing suited me, so for four years I developed successful campaigns.

  • In 2003, at the age of 28, I decided that I wanted to try my luck on my own and become my own boss.

  • This is how Direct Marketing appeared in August 2003, following requests from former clients with whom we had good collaborations in the past. Since direct mailing, a “fashionable” service at that time, we have developed the services offered, today covering 360 ° the full range of direct marketing services, 60% of our customers being companies and 40% non-governmental organizations. I believe in innovation, in the fact that digitalization opens new horizons and that now technology is the basis of direct marketing.

  • The most important achievements remain for me the team, which is with me on this path, but also the results of our clients.

  • In 2005 I was a university preparator and had started a doctorate in European Integration.

  • Meeting direct marketing was love at first sight, so I needed just one day to decide that I wanted to join the Direct Marketing team. I like to live the moment, so I started without any hesitation. My first project doubled the company’s turnover.

  • That’s how I realized we have no limits. Sky is the limit! Campaign ideas came naturally, I liked team brainstorming, clients were happy with results and proactivity.

  • I implemented unique ideas, for example a cross-promo between an importer of luxury watches and a health food store, I worked for the Italian Government promoting tourism in Germany, I generated sales leads and I sold products and services in all fields.

  • We saw how the team grew, from a few employees to today’s team. We learn, innovate and get the best results for our clients.

  • In 2008, immediately after I graduated from SNSPA – Faculty of Public Administration with legal – administrative specialization, I joined the Direct Marketing team. At the beginning I was in charge of the company’s resource management. But being a dynamic and communicative person, I started to help my colleagues in the Customer Service department.

  • The versatility of the projects and the constant challenges attracted me and so I started to develop more and more complex projects together with my colleagues. The years have passed, but the passion for Customer Service has remained high.

  • The challenges have become a finding in a constantly changing market, but that has united and strengthened us as a team.

  • Together we became a big family. We are looking for challenges through which to realize successful projects for our partners.

  • After ten years of experience on ATL and BTL projects, I wanted to make a change, but at the same time I wanted to remain in the field of marketing.

  • I felt that I could successfully integrate into the Customer Service team here.

  • The changes that the industry is going through, but also the challenges that our clients come with, help me to evolve professionally.

  • At the moment I am coordinating projects for some of the biggest DMG clients, and the results obtained give me the certainty that I made the best choice from a professional point of view.
